Product authenticity & non-affiliation

MechMaxx products are independent aftermarket attachments. They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or warranted by any original equipment manufacturer. All trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes under nominative fair use.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes, with a full refund.

Recurring subscriptions

If you select a recurring subscription, you authorize MechMaxx to securely save your card with our payment provider and to charge it for future orders on the schedule shown at checkout. This authorization is presented clearly before payment and recorded with your order. You may cancel future charges at any time by emailing contact@mech-maxx.us before your next billing date.

Warranty

Eligible products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty details and claims are handled through our support team.

Limitation of liability

MechMaxx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Always follow safe operating practices and your tractor manufacturer's guidance.
