Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind our equipment with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, resalable condition.
• Contact us first to receive return instructions and an authorization.
• Return freight on non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or damaged items

If your equipment arrives damaged or develops a covered fault, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Subscription cancellations

If you signed up for a recurring subscription, you authorized us to save your card and charge it on the schedule shown at checkout. You can cancel future charges at any time by emailing contact@mech-maxx.us before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund charges already authorized and fulfilled.
