Shipping Policy

We want your equipment in your hands as quickly as possible. Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Your MechMaxx attachment ships with free freight and typically arrives within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location within the contiguous United States.

Freight delivery

• Large equipment ships by freight carrier; the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
• Please inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
• A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs, or remote delivery areas can occasionally extend transit times. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you informed by email.
